We invite you to stay in a historical apartment within the Stenbok-Fermor income house, built in 1902. The apartment spans 230 m² and includes five bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining room, and four bathrooms — ideal for a large family or a group of friends. Come and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the early twentieth century and glimpse the Petersburg that has been lost. To live amid the world of Russian Art Nouveau is to travel through the pages of the city’s history.
In every room you’ll find antique tiled stoves, original doors, brass window fittings, and oak parquet. We have restored everything that survived the Soviet period: authentic ceramic stoves (made at the famous Finnish factory Åbo), doors with historical handles, oak floors that have withstood 120 years of use, rare window hardware and mechanisms, renowned Mettlach tiles, and antique works of art and household objects.
All these interior details—like the Stenbok-Fermor house itself—are protected cultural heritage. At the same time, you will enjoy every modern comfort: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, two washing machines, a coffee machine etc) and four bathrooms (two full bathrooms, one shower room, and one guest WC).
On the large kitchen you’ll find everything for cooking and a convivial dining table perfect for a big company; in the corridor a reading nook with books on the history of Petersburg; and in each bedroom ample storage (including a wardrobe room), work areas, places to relax, comfortable beds and mattresses—and, of course, plenty of photogenic corners.

Our apartment is in Saint Petersburg’s Central District, directly opposite Zvenigorodskaya metro station. You’ll find a wealth of architectural landmarks and museums nearby, as well as countless shops, restaurants, and bars—all within easy walking distance

Historical details

We preserve and cherish the city’s cultural heritage: within the apartment you’ll see interior décor from the pre-revolutionary era—ceramic stoves, oak parquet, window cremone bolts, Mettlach tiles, and historical household objects. The atmosphere allows you to plunge into the early 20th century without sacrificing modern comfort. 


Five tiled stoves have survived in our apartment. They were made by one of Finland’s most renowned factories, Åbo (founded in 1874 by the Swedish merchants Doppel, Dahlström, Jakobson, Junelius, and Thornudd). Over time the factory produced so many tiles and stove claddings that “Åbo stoves” became a byword. The reliefs of Åbo tiles are unmistakable; you can find them in many estates and palaces.
